TRainCom® MT – Reliable data transfer service
TRainCom® MT provides a continuous broadband communication link between
the trackside installation and moving trains within a metro network.
This capable datalink can be used to exchange data of only one user application or of several different applications simultaneously. Designed to meet the classical requirements of Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) and Automatic Train Operation (ATO) in mass transit or metropolitan rail applications, the TRainCom® MT systems offer wide flexibility and scalability to realize integrated communications solutions for increasing communications demands.
High reliability and system availability for hard operational requirements, as well as passenger services and public safety measures such as real-time video surveillance (CCTV), are all made possible via a broadband data link offering up to 32 Mbps (simultaneous up- and downlink service). Such services are reliably delivered by the TRainCom® MT system.
